SUBSTANCE: in stand drive of cold-rolling tube mill the kinematic linkage of crank with gear pair of carrier is made in the form of stationary reduction unit with two output shafts one of which is connected via disengageable coupling with gear pair shaft while the other one, via a general-purpose spindle, with crank shaft entering the eccentrically-positioned hole in carrier.
