FIELD: welding equipment. SUBSTANCE: torch has tip, hollow handle with current-carrying frame placed inside. Frame is made of two bars with longitudinal channels to pass shielding gas. Frame is rigidly connected with tip and cable connecting unit. Cable connecting unit has two halves which form space in which bars and cable are hermetically fastened. Consumable electrode feed system has spiral. System is combined with one of channels of current-carrying frame on section over its length. Shielding gas feed pipe is connected with space of cable connecting unit which communicates with channels in bars. EFFECT: enhanced convenience of operation, improved evacuation of gases from welding zone. 6 dwg
