SUBSTANCE: device has drive 1, vibrating bin 24 for springs 15 and vibrating bin 25 for side plates 10 with electromagnetic drives, facilities for feeding springs 26, 27 and facilities for feeding side plates 28, 29, assembly 18 with nests 19 spring-loaded with crankpins 20 and with pusher 17, main camshaft 2 for the drive of assembly 18 as well as gate separator 30 for side plates 10 and two gate separators 31 and 32 for springs 15 with pushers, unit 48 for feeding carton bearers 49 with a lever and pusher 47 kinematically connected with auxiliary camshaft 5 and storage unit 34. Orienting in the bowls of vibrating bins 24 and 25, side plates 15 and springs 10 are piled in the facilities for their feeding 26-29. From these facilities they are fed one at a time to gate separators 30, 31, 32 which, while shifting, carry out the assembly of linen clips 38 in two V-shaped nests 19 of assembly 18. From the assembly spring-loaded crankpins 20 remove them to storage 34 where the set of clamps 38 consisting of 10 samples is secured on carton bearer 49. The clamps are fed out of the unit for feeding carton bearers 48. After that this set is fed to the container for the finished products. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and facilitated manufacture. 4 dwg
