FIELD: aircraft industry. SUBSTANCE: system is provided with hydraulically-actuated clutch 32 in which under-piston chamber of hydraulic cylinder is connected with delivery passage 18 of speed governor pump 3 and return passage 28 running from spool valve 10 by means of passage 35 via spring-loaded electromagnetic spool valve 10. Due to employment of hydraulically-actuated clutch, derangement caused by operation of electric circuits is excluded and no electric power is consumed. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and economical efficiency of feathering system on controllable-pitch propeller. 1 dwg
