SUBSTANCE: device has swivel working members arranged in two vertical rows for transfer of cargo from working members of one row to working members of other row, hinges for mounting the swivel working members of both rows which are located on fixed frame and drive for turning the working members. Device is provided with additional drive swivel working members which are articulated on fixed frame and are arranged in at least one vertical row; vertical rows of swivel working members are located in closed in succession and working members of adjacent vertical rows are shifted relative to each other in vertical plane forming helical transporting surface.
