FIELD: protection against corrosion. SUBSTANCE: product: fluorinated ketimines of the general formula where at m = 1 R - , n = 2 or 3; at m = 2 R - H, , n = 2 or 3. Promoter is prepared for two stages: at first fluorourethan in the form of solution in cyclohexanone is prepared. Then 50% solution of fluoro-containing urethan is added to solution with 1 mole ketimine in cyclohexanone. Fluorinated ketimines can be used as adhesion promoters for coating made of chlorovinyl (co)polymers to metal. EFFECT: improved method of promoter preparing. 2 dwg, 2 tbl
