FIELD: wastes neutralization. SUBSTANCE: wastes are neutralized in three steps: at first wastes are subjected to heating to 80-90 C, and easily volatile organic compounds liberated at heating are directed to high temperature zone of burning chamber; at second step wastes are subjected to evaporation at 100 C to concentration of solution equal to 80%, water vapors formed in process of treatment are condensed and directed to return cycle bypassing zone of burning in chamber; at third step non-volatile high-boiling organic compounds are evaporated and directed to high-temperature zone of burning chamber. EFFECT: enhanced quality of neutralization of liquid wastes. 1 dwg
