FIELD: drawing of tubes. SUBSTANCE: method involves deformation of tubular billet to diameter and wall thickness in drawing die on stationary mandrel with inverted taper, with tubular billet having inner diameter exceeding outer diameter of mandrel being used in the method and dog being preliminarily driven in. Prior to draft of wall, tubular billet is reduced to inner diameter size, which is less than tube inner diameter by a value equal to twice the value of wall draft from inner side.
