HYDRAULIC ROTARY PRESS Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: production of building articles. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic rotary press has a rotor, being periodically rotated by a hydraulic cylinder around its axis and having pressing chambers, arranged circumferentially on the rotor, hydraulic cylinders and a hopper. The press is provided by stationary drum, on which with the aid of rollers the rotor is mounted. The drum has in a lateral and a lower parts of its curvilinear surface windows, at opposite side of which guides are radially arranged. The guides support punches, connected by levers with hydraulic cylinders for their motion. The press also has a pusher, arranged opposite the lower window for discharging ready products. One of the punches has openings for passing void-formers. EFFECT: simplified structure of the press, enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
