FIELD: production of building materials. SUBSTANCE: plant has the rotary frame 1 with guiding branches 2; the cutting frame 3 with the cutting string 4, spring- loaded and secured to one side of the cutting frame in the sleeve 5, having a through opening and the spring 6, and rigidly secured to the plate 7 at other side. The cutting frame 3 is provided by rolling bearings 8 and by the limit switch 9, having a switching contact, operating at overtension of the string and its breakage. The limit switch 9 is arranged in the sleeve 5. A pusher of the cutting frame is provided by a pneumatic drive with a pneumatic distributor, connected with magnetically controlled contacts. The cutting string is secured with an inclination relative to a horizontal plane; the rotary frame 1 with the guiding branches has tracks for moving the cutting frame and hinged flags. At least one of the tracks of each branch is movable. The tracks for moving the cutting frame are inclined relative to the branches of the rotary frame. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
