FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: refrigerator has vessel 1 with cryogenic liquid 2, adsorption pumps 3 and 4 which are connected with vacuum jacket 9 by pipe-lines 7 and 8. Regenerative heat exchanger 10, sections 11 and 12 of bath are disposed in the vacuum jacket. Sections 11 and 12 are made in form of bellows which have plates 13 and 14. Cooled object 15 is fastened to heat exchanger 10 by means of pipe 16 made of low thermal conductivity material, for example, of fabric laminate.
