FIELD: secondary power supply sources. SUBSTANCE: invention makes it possible to enhanced stability of output voltage and efficiency of converter by insertion of additional elements providing for reduced influence of operational modes of elements of circuit monitoring input current on circuit of measurement of output voltage and to reduce power losses across output of circuit of measurement of output voltage. Converter operates under mode of self-sustained generator under which choke 3 accumulates energy when transistor 1 is on state and it gives accumulated energy to load circuit 21 after cut-off of transistor. At moment when voltage across output of converter reaches preset level threshold circuit 17 operates and transistor 13 blanks. Further on voltage across capacitor 10 grows and as a result of increase of ohmic resistance of circuit "resistor 9 - capacitor 10" current in input and output circuits of converter decreases and its working frequency grows. Negative feedback providing for stabilization of output voltage over entire range of change of load 21 starts operating in the circuit.
