SUBSTANCE: while shooting and hauling the trawl the automatic mechanism fastens the otter board rigidly, without play thus relieving the trawl warp. The otter board has support rollers and stop rod while its orienting device has side plates. Locking device comprises carriage interacting with stop spring and with rollers on levers.
