The process is followed by separation to isolate fuel mass as foamed product. Vat residue of production of butyl alcohols is used as mentioned above foaming agent. Mixture of product which is prepared by polymerization of butane-butylene gas fraction of thermal and catalytic cracking with side product of slight thermal cracking of asphalt is used as mentioned above collecting agent, ratio of said ingredients being 40:60-60:40.
