FIELD: ferroconcrete base production. SUBSTANCE: in order to lower labor consumption of assembling and dismantling of forms and to provide effective change of manufacturing process for making new-type sleepers and beams of switch-over horizontal guides are rigidly secured to a protection grid of a tension apparatus along a lengthwise axis of the form. The horizontal guides have spring-loaded relative to the lengthwise axis of the form stoppers for fixing working position of void formers. A station for after-compaction of concrete mixture is provided by a portal to which a horizontal frame is suspended. The horizontal frame, being vertically moved, has horizontal guides, rigidly secured to it along its lengthwise axis, for movable spring-loaded stoppers, fixing working position of the void formers. In order to provide additional lowering of labor consumption at dismantling forms the spring-loaded stoppers for fixing working position of the void formers are provided by electromagnets in a station for compacting the concrete mixture.
