FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this intravascular laser catheter includes three-component controllable (or adjustable) laser sources, light mixer, and cylindrical controllable piezoceramic cell. Outputs of light mixer and cylindrical controllable piezoceramic cell are connected to control unit. Disclosed catheter has phocon-channeller at its outlet, which at the same time serves as intravascular catheter, three-component light source, light mixer and cylindrical piezoceramic cell. Light mixer allows shaping light fluxes according to stimulate in various combinations of spectral components. Cylindrical piezoceramic cell is employed for modulating fluxes passing by to produce modulated acoustic-optic three-component irradiation for locally concentrating energy and tolerable doses inside vessels.
