FIELD: filtering technology; fast pressure filters for cleaning various liquids of suspensions, as well as of water and water solutions. SUBSTANCE: filter has cylindrical housing with spherical bottom and spherical detachable cover. Arranged inside housing is column assembled of plate filter elements which are pressed by cover-header provided with outlet branch pipe passing through stuffing box in cover of housing. End surface of filter elements is sealed by means of flat gaskets. Inlet branch pipe is arranged in cover. Housing and its cover are connected and sealed by means of flanged joint. Column of filter elements and cover-header are tightened by strainers. Arranged in lower portion of spherical bottom of housing is branch pipe for discharging sludge from collector. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
