FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: contaminated articles are displaced through located in consecutive order sections of processing with solution 1, with dissolver 2, with the dissolver vapors or rinsing 3 and drying 4. The worked out solution is supplied from section 1 to crystallizer 8, then to apparatus 9 for separating heterogeneous systems. From apparatus 9 the liquid dissolver is supplied through heater 29 to apparatus 28 for the solution preparation and from there to section 1. From section 2 the dissolver is fed to apparatus 28. The hard dissolver from apparatus 29 for separating heterogeneous systems, passing through heater 10, evaporator 11, capacitor 12 and capacitor capacitance 13, is supplied to section 32. From section 3 the worked out dissolver is supplied through heater 15 to distiller 16 for cleaning. From there, as vapor or condensate, it is directed to section 3. The air for drying is supplied to section 4 through the distiller cooler. The output for the air from section 4 is connected with the unit for catching the dissolver vapors. In such way the enhanced quality of cleaning is achieved at the expense of more complete cleaning of the solution and dissolver. EFFECT: enhanced quality of cleaning. 1 dwg
