FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: gripper is equipped with the automatic orientation mechanism made as the gripper of the lever rigidly connected with the movable housing and hinged by means of a regulated traction with the lever which is rigidly connected with a ring. The ring is freely placed on the shaft of the mechanical arm and is mounted on it for axial displacement. The gripper housing is mounted for turning relative to the housing of the mechanical arm.
