SUBSTANCE: doctor blade for the inking apparatus of the rotary machine has a housing with a cavity for feeding the ink and the removal of the redundant ink, cloth of the operating doctor and the doctor's cloth of the lock-up located in the housing parallel and at a distance from each other. The peculiarity lies in the fact that the cloth of the operating doctor extends on both sides beyond the doctor's cloth of the lock-up. The face walls of the housing located between the cloth of the operating doctor and the doctor's cloth of the lock-up are inclined in the lower part to the vertical line towards the chamber.
