FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: band is formed of glass melt which contains (mass %): SiO2 52,7-64,4 Al2O3 4,0-6,7 CaO Fe2O3 1,5-2,3 MoO 2,0-2,9, TiO2 0,38-0,54 Na2O 2,8-5,0 K2O 2,0-2,87 P2O5 0,01-0,8 MnO 0,1-0,15, S2- 0,26-0,6 Zn O 0,01-2,0. On said band having temperature 600-750 C coating is applied. After heat treatment at 850-950 C said band is divided into plates. According to another variant of producing desired material, formed band is calcined at 620-670 C within 30-45 min. Then heat treatment at 850-950 C followed by cooling and dividing into plates is carried out. Lower layer of glass band is formed in relief. Glass granules 0,6-5,0 mm in size are used for said coating. EFFECT: improves decorative, physical and mechanical properties of the material. 3 cl, 2 tbl
