FIELD: lighting engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pipe-type suspension 1, on which lamp is mounted. Suspension is, using cable 2, passed through block 3, connected with winch drum 4. It also has upper blocks 5 and lower blocks 6 with counterbalance 7; embracing blocks supporting cable 8, one end of which is fixed by turnbuckle 9 on suspension 1 and other end - on wall; suspension height fixation joint 10. Apparatus has traverse 16 with butt blocks 17 and rope guides 18 and 19, that embrace the butt blocks. The guides ends are fixed on floors in staggered arrangement. Lower blocks and counterbalance are mounted on traverse. During lamp lifting they rotate drum, cable 2 is reeled up, cable 8 is collected in loops, traverse goes down, tail-end 14 of counterbalance is engaged with fixation joint lever 10. Then cable 12 is made loose, lamp is hung by cable 8, making winch 4 free from loading. EFFECT: apparatus is used in lighting engineering. 3 dwg
