The fluid acts selectively on cotton bolls. Magnets 10 installed in the discharge zone of chamber 1 create static magnetic fields, and solenoid system 11 creates alternating magnetic field. As the fields change density of magnetic fluid 3, the latter is atomized in space 6 of chamber 1. Holes 5 in wall 2 of chamber 1 let the fluid out onto the cotton plants.
