FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: unit joining rod with piston has ring installed in one of joined part for rotation round syringe axis. Joint unit is made in form of bosses on the other part from both sides of ring. Ring ends have radial grooves in form of teeth for alternating receiving of bosses in rod reciprocation. Extreme grooves are connected with through longitudinal recesses to pass bosses. EFFECT: provision of single use of syringe for viscous and multicomponent substances by performing the preset number of reciprocations of rod and piston before their separation. 2 cl, 11 dwg
