REINFORCING CAGE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE FLOOR SLABS Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: construction; manufacture of prestressed and common reinforced concrete structures. SUBSTANCE: reinforcing cage of reinforced concrete floor slabs includes longitudinal working reinforcement, transverse bars and lifting two-branch loops with anchors made in form of U-shaped hook with bending radius of 0.5-2 diameters of loop branch and provided with rectilinear free length equalling 1-5 diameters of loop branch embracing longitudinal working reinforcement at angle of 0 to 90 deg. Rectilinear free length of U-shaped hook may be inclined relative to loop branch. Each branch of loop may be bent so that U-shaped hooks are located at angle relative to vertical V-shaped hooks. Positioning of U-shaped hooks at angle of 10-90 deg. relative to longitudinal axis of working reinforcement is possible. Possible also may be U-shaped hooks with end bendings located in plane of hook or square to it, at angle of 90-135 deg. relative to vertical loop branches or U-shaped hooks. Possible also may be positioning of loop branches from different side of working bar with U-shaped hooks oriented to opposite sides. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 16 dwg
