FIELD: garage equipment. SUBSTANCE: device comprises crosspiece 1 with guide bushing 3 which accommodates post 6 with articulated-link levers 11 in the bottom which have fixing stops in lower part of each link. Post 6 is capable of fixed axial movement. Levers 11 can be turned only in one direction and post 6 has channels with side openings 9 and guides of levers 11 arranged square to the axis of post 6. Ends of levers 11 are secured on power screw installed inside post 6 with a provision for fixed axial movement. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
