FIELD: development of oil fields. SUBSTANCE: bottom-hole oil formation zone with clay-containing reservoir is heated up to temperature ensuring crystal-chemical transformation of clay minerals, and pressure in bottom-hole zone is decreased by withdrawal of formation fluid to value corresponding to appearance of secondary fractures, and nonheated water is injected with injection pressure not exceeding pressure of hydrofracture of formation, and volume of injected water should provide temperature drop to initial temperature of formation.
