FIELD: pipe line transport. SUBSTANCE: means for heating are made up as electric conductors connected with a power source. The conductors are arranged along the pipe line. Wires are positioned at least in one layer wherein the conductors are parallel to each other and is wound about the axis of the pipe line into a spiral. One or all layers of the conductors are interposed between two flexible piping shells of the pipe lines.
