Scaling coefficient a and b are determined by scaling units 13 and 14. Said sum and difference are integrated by integrators 1 and 2 correspondingly. If one value is greater than another, the former is changed to latter as exponential function by closing switches 9 or 10. During interval while value changes, functional value is generated following pre-given function F(t).
