INHALATOR Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2034574 C1

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: inhalator has a reservoir for the liquid in the form of metallic coil pipe 1, pipe for air supply 2 and chamber for spraying 3. Tips-turbulators 4 and tips-disperses 5 are placed on their inner surfaces. Additional disperser 7 in the form of the spatial spiral of wire is in chamber for spraying 3 and in flexible nozzle 6 the second end of which is placed on the input part of pipe for air supply 2 during the storage and transportation. One end of nozzle 6 in the working state is put on chamber for spraying 3. The inhalation is produced through the other end. The air flow passing through tips-turbulators 4 and the narrowing in the input to coil pipe 1 is turbulized resulting in the improved quality of the aerosol and in the increased concentration of vapors of the inhalated liquid in it. EFFECT: simpler design, more reliable exploitation and more durable device having the high efficiency of therapeutic influence at the expense of the raised concentration of vapors of the inhalated liquid in the aerosol and its dispersity. 3 cl, 2 dwg
