FIELD: metal plastic working. SUBSTANCE: device to roll forming has a rolling head with forming rolls, which form a gauge, a piston cylinder installed in line with the gauge and fixed rigidly on the bad, and a clamp to fix a work piece. Rolling head of the device is directly connected to the piston of piston cylinder. The clamp to fix the work piece is connected to the piston. The device is provided with additional piston cylinder to move rolling head in the direction of the gauge axis, which are coaxial to enable interaction piston rod with rolling head in the process of rolling, and is rigidly fixed on the bed. Besides, the rolling head is located directly in the house of piston cylinder on the end of its piston.
