SUBSTANCE: method involves polymerizing vinyl monomers in the presence of fillers in electric field having intensity of 0.25-5.00 MV/m, with monomer being provided in an amount of 2.4-20.0% by weight of filler weight. To obtain materials with different functional properties, vinyl monomers as well as solutions of elastomers in monomer (3-25% by weight of monomer weight) are used.
