FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves dulling of polyester film surface following by cutting of members by required configuration. Dulling is performed by two-sided applying of composition on the film surface of the following composition, wt.-%: technical carbon 14.0-16.6; ortho-phosphoric acid dialkylpolyethylene glycol ester 0.35-0.39; copolymer of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and vinyl alcohol 7.2-9.2; polyurethane elastomer on the basis of polyethylene glycol adipinate, 2,4-toluylenediisocyanate and 1,4-butanediol 3.80-5.25; hexamethoxymethylmelamine 0.37-0.56; p-dodecylbenzenesulfoacid 0.10-0.18; molybdenum disulfide 0.1-0.3; 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone 0.10-0.14; 2-hydroxy-1,3-bis-[p-(β-naphthylamino)-phenoxy]-propane 0.10-0.14, and solvent - the rest. After applying of composition film thermostating is carried out at 90-100 C for 20-30 min. Sample properties: transparency is 0-0.008%, friction coefficient is 0.2-0.35; petal warping is 0.01-0.07 mm; resistance for effects: at 45 C is 75-80 min; at -15 C is 65-80 min; at humidity 98% at 25 C - 50-52 h. Composition is used for making of petal and diaphragm shutter of cameras. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 3 tbl
