SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (mass %): urea 3.5-8.8, nitride of alkali or alkaline-earth metal 8.1-20.2, acetic acid 16.1-41.0, hydroxide of alkali metal 8.6-21.6, surface active substance 0.5-1.0 and water. Hydroxide of alkali metal and acetic acid form acetate buffer solution, thus it is enable to prepare solutions having pH 4.0-6.0 and having controlled rate of saturation by gases.
