SUBSTANCE: device has two request registers, group of priority registers, group of comparison circuits, two counters, groups of AND gates, group of flip-flops, four AND gates, five OR gates, flip-flop, clock generator, comparison circuit, mode flip-flop, register, frequency divider, unit of AND gates. Device provides batch processing of requests with possibility to set constraints on time for processing batch of requests. Inside batch, requests are processed according to their relative priorities. EFFECT: increased speed for processing low-priority requests due to decreased time when they are waiting in the queue because they are combined in batches. 1 dwg
