FIELD: devices for cleaning articles. SUBSTANCE: equipment has a washing chamber, receiver, pneumatic cylinder, control valve and vacuum pump. All these units are connected to each other with pipelines. The receiver is provided with an outlet branch pipe. On the connecting rod of the pneumatic cylinder is mounted a spring-loaded cup with a stop disc for the outlet branch pipe. The washing chamber is filled with liquid and loaded with articles to be treated. Then the chamber is sealed and the vacuum pump is switched on. After rarefaction, cavitation occurs in the liquid. At the same time vacuum forms in one of the cavities of the valve. This cavity is isolated by a membrane connected to the control valve. As the valve moves, the connecting rod causes the branch pipe of the receiver open allowing the air to rush into the chamber. Bubbles sharply collapse. EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of cleaning. 1 cl, 2 dwg
