FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: mechanism has body with gripping hook portion made for limited turning and spring-loaded relative to body. Mouth of gripping portion is partially overlapped by spring-loaded locking lever hinge-mounted on body. To open gripping portion electromagnet with turning sector is used, whose shanks engage through hinge-mounted in body and spring-loaded control bell crank with controlled bell crank also crank, in its turn, engages with gripping hook portion by means of rollers located on one of its arms and either fixes or releases the gripping portion. To cushion impacts of gripping portion at its turning relative to body when dropping the load, shock absorbers are installed on body. Actuator can contain microswitch to send signal indicating that actuator system has operated, and device to adjust torque of gripping portion springs.
