FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: second pair of flexible members is interposed between frame 3 of the carriage and pivot beam 4. The second group is similar to the first group of flexible members which are interposed between box 2 and frame 3. Each group of the flexible members has shock-absorbers 9,11 and cylindrical springs 8,10 mounted at an inclination to the vertical axis. The top of the spring points upward for the first group of flexible members and downward for the second group resulting in more smoothly moving over curved railway part with small radius. A safety device is provided in the case of damaging flexible members. The safety device is constructed as rods 13 and 14 rigidly secured to the box and frame. The rods are received in sockets 15 and 16 provided in frame 3 and pivot beam 4. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
