FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: device has bracket with hole through which beam is passed to provide turning of bracket in vertical plane. Fitted in lower part of bracket is horizontally arranged roller resting on crane rails. Vibrations caused by movement of crane are absorbed directly by bracket which decreases vibrations of cabin.
