FIELD: surface cleaning. SUBSTANCE: cylindrical brush has sleeve carrying set of ring-shaped holders holding U-shaped bunches of cleaning members from lengths of corrugated wire enveloping the holders and pressure disks located on sleeve opposite ends. Each cleaning member consists of longitudinally located sections whose corrugations have different geometric parameters, and parameters of neighboring cleaning members in set on respective sections differ from one another. Difference between inner diameter of each of ring-shaped holders and outer diameter of sleeve is within 2.5-10 diameters of wire with minimal pitch of corrugations. Each set of cleaning members is installed in U-shaped circular yoke. Pressure disks are made of flexible material. Brush additionally has side Z-shaped pressure flanges made of flexible material. Each Z-shaped pressure flange is passed in brush sleeve with mounting seat having length equalling, at least 0.2-0.4 of length of cleaning member set. Each Z-shaped pressure flange has inner seating hole whose length is not in excess of 0.1-0.3 of length of cleaning member set. Brush has several sets over its length which are secured to mandrel by means of flanges and has retaining rings installed between sets. Cleaning member of each set have different sizes in their cross-section. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 5 dwg
