FIELD: water supply. SUBSTANCE: filter has housing made up as two covers, disk interposed between the covers, inlet and outlet connecting pipes, and connecting pipe for discharging purified water. A filtering member is interposed between the covers. The inner surfaces of the covers and disk are channeled to define a spiral groove. The inlet connecting pipe is connected with the inlet of the spiral groove. The outlet connecting pipe is connected with the outlet of the spiral groove and with the drain pipe line in which a valve is mounted. The water to be purified enters the connecting pipe through a cock. A portion of water is filtered through the pre- filter and filtering member and discharged through the connecting pipe. The other portion flows through the spiral groove, removes suspensions from the pre-filter and enters the drain pipe line. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
