FIELD: water cleaning. SUBSTANCE: method includes water ionization in cations and anions, filter recovering, treatment of spent recovering solution with conversion excess of recovering agent into non-liquid phase, recovering agent separation from spent recovering agent, dissolving recovering agent in water and reuse. Impurities in water being ionized are exchanged with highly soluble substances characterized with ability to recover both cations and anions, and ability to be converted from water into non-liquid phase, for example, into ammonium hydroxide. Ionized water is treated to convert dissolved substances into non-liquid phase. The substances are separated from water, dissolved in water and used to recover ion-exchange filters. EFFECT: highly effective water desalinization. 4 cl, 1 dwg
