SUBSTANCE: products: derivatives of benzimidazole of the formulas (I) , (II) , (III) , (IV) and (V) , where R - cyano- or thiocarbamoyl; Q - lower alkyl or group NQ₁Q₂, where Q₁ and Q₂ - lower alkyl independently, lower alkyl substituted with phenyl, or lower alkynyl, or Q₁ and Q₂ - taken together with nitrogen atom they form five-six-membered nitrogen-containing ring which can contain oxygen atom; X - hydrogen or halogen; Z - a group of the formula (O)_n(CF₂)_m(O)_p(CY₂)_qO₅, where n, p, s are equal 0 or 1 and have similar or different meanings; m = 1 or 2; q = 0 or 1 at condition that when q = 0 then both p and s are not 1 simultaneously; Y - are similar or different and mean H, F, Cl at condition that CY₂ is not CCl₂,, and Z together with two adjacent carbon atoms of benzene ring forms five-six-membered ring; B - CN or CCl₃;; X₁ - halogen; A - group NO₂ or NH₂.
