FIELD: building. SUBSTANCE: device has a winch installed on the basic machine. The winch has flexible pulling member, sliding rods with bearing member, a cartridge with ram device and weight clamping device, accelerator made in the form of movable block and tackle hinged at least from one flexible branch of the pulling member. Weight clamping device is installed on lower holder of the block and tackle, and upper holder of the latter is supported on the bearing member in the mode of improved rising.
