PILE DRIVER Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: pile driver has a carriage mounted in lower part of driver mast. The carriage is joint to tie beam. Driver slide bar is connected to the carriage through hinged pull-rod. The pile driver is also provided with a couple of hydraulic cylinders. Cases of hydraulic cylinders are hinged to ends of tie beam, where slideways are set also. Rods of the hydraulic cylinders are hinged to one another and to the carriage. Slideways are made in the lower part of the mast. The slide bar is installed in the slideways so to enable moving and fixing. The structure ensures mounting of pile driver mast without use of additional handling aids. EFFECT: high productivity. 3 dwg
