FIELD: wind power. SUBSTANCE: wind wheel has rim 1 made up as ellipsoidal pipe. The rim is provided with openings for bushings 7 uniformly arranged over the middle part of the rim. Axles 8 of blades 9 are received in the bushing for permitting rotation. The rim is secured the central bushing with spokes 2. Each of the spokes is secured to the rear projection by its one end and to the front projection by its other end. The spokes are arranged over diagonal to the front edge 20 of rim 1, round the rim from the outer side, and enclose the nut of bushing 7. The blades are set in rotation with bars 5 interposed between the rim and central bushing. Ties 14 used for controlling blades are arranged on the inner side of the rim.
