FIELD: ventilation. SUBSTANCE: system is provided with adjusting heat exchanger having vertical heat exchange surfaces and broken base with upper and lower breaks. Surface of each break are located at maximum inclination equal to 0.02. Connected to heat exchanger are: exhaust shaft and supply and exhaust air ducts which are in communication with building. Exhaust air ducts are connected to heat exchanger in zones of upper break of its base. Heat exchanger is provided with adjustable holes for feeding the plenum air to building.
