ACTUATOR VALVE Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: fixtures. SUBSTANCE: actuator valve has cylindrical case inside which external bushing and internal bushing are fixed; internal bushing is mounted for rotation. Profiled windows are in walls of the bushings. The case and external bushing form annular cavity for supplying working medium to profiled windows. Internal bushing is made in form of a piston and connected with drive rod. Bottom of the piston forms together with the case above-piston and under-piston cavities; there are overflow holes between the cavities. Air-tight strap is mounted from outside the case at the side being opposite to inlet pipe. The strap forms pocket which communicates with above-piston and under-piston cavities through the holes made in wall of the case and through holes in the strap - with outlet pipe, which is aligned with inlet pipe. Annular supply cavity has variable width. For the purpose, external bushing is mounted with eccentricity relatively the axis of the case at the direction to the strap.
