FIELD: film resistors. SUBSTANCE: device has vibrator, low-frequency oscillator which is connected to vibrator, generators of envelope flame pulses. These generators are connected to working electrode. In addition device has base support which serves for attaching resistor to be tuned, resistance meter, reference voltage source, comparison unit which first input is connected to output of reference voltage source. second input of comparison unit is connected to output of resistance meter. In addition device has analog-to-digital converter, which input is connected to output of comparison unit, AND gates. first input of each AND gate is connected to corresponding output of analog-to-digital converter, and output of each AND gate is connected to input of corresponding generator of envelope flame pulses. In addition device has shift register, which outputs are connected to second inputs of corresponding AND gate, multivibrator which output is connected to control input of resistance meter. Additional AND gate, which first input is connected to output of multivibrator and which output is connected to input of shift register, and NOR gate, which input is connected to output of corresponding AND gate and which output is connected to second input of additional AND gate, are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention.
