FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus to cut moving with constant speed wire has bed-frame, carrying drive and mounted in guides slider. fixed and rotating cutters are mounted on the slider. Spatial-cam mechanism provides slider and rotating cutter shaft drive with reciprocating movement. Rotating cutter is capable to make axial motion and bears one of links of spatial-cam mechanism, second link of which is mounted on bed-frame. Spring of forced connection of two links is located between bed-frame and slider. Spatial-cam mechanism has changeable cam-type shape. The structure of apparatus provides high-speed and qualitative cutting of wire parts due to strict synchronization of bearing cutter slide and wire speeds, that prevents deformation of cut wire parts.
